IPLEX NX integrates the most advanced technology in the IPLEX series. With high-quality image sensors, bright laser diode light sources, advanced image processing technology and Olympus' optical lens technology, IPLEX NX can provide bright, high-resolution images even in a wide range of areas.
High quality image
Expanded measurement capabilities
· Increased inspection efficiency
· High-quality images that can be clearly observed
IPLEX NX can send high resolution images. Its reliable image quality allows users to clearly identify problem points and defect areas so that inspectors can make correct judgments on key systems and technologies.
Unmatched brightness and picture quality
Using IPLEX NX to observe the target area is clearer than before. Three enhancements – improved high-resolution CCD technology, advanced laser diode lighting technology, and the new PulsarPic processor – provide unprecedented picture quality with four times the brightness of traditional industrial video endoscopes. Even large, wide specimens can illuminate inspection targets.
Noise Reduction (NR) algorithm control
Smooth surfaces often exhibit image noise, such as false colors, and random noise in low-light images may prevent rigorous inspections. The new PulsarPic system uses the latest noise reduction (NR) algorithm that has been fine-tuned for IPLEX NX to generate images with little noise and facilitate decision-making.
Large touch screen display
The bright 8.4-inch touchscreen display delivers clear, bright images in any light.
IPLEX NX has the largest 8.4-inch display in the IPLEX series and can display 1.7 times larger images than traditional 6.5-inch displays.
Excellent image
Even in the darkest place, or in the most reflective places, bright, clear images can be used to detect the most subtle defects in a wide area. The state-of-the-art technology of the IPLEX NX industrial video endoscope means that users can get the highest quality images for fast, accurate inspections.
Extended measurement capabilities
The IPLEX NX design enables accurate 3D measurements. Incorporating Olympus's advanced industrial video endoscopy technology, accurate and effective detection can be completed.
Large area stereo measurement
The stereo measurement function is used to measure the size or depth of defects, such as cracks found during inspections. The redesigned optical system and reinforcement technology greatly expanded the inspection area. Now users can identify and measure defects that are twice as far away in inspection areas that are four times larger than traditional industrial video endoscopes. The stereo measurement function provides accurate 3D spatial information on specified points on the image through accurate triangulation, providing accurate length, depth, and shape measurements. IPLEX NX is designed, produced, and fine-tuned for increased accuracy and image quality so that inspectors can detect small cracks or defects that must be measured before they can be measured.
Round magnets, also named disc magnets, are thin flat circular magnets where the thickness does not exceed the diameter.
They are the most commonly used magnet shape and the most versatile.
They are used in holding applications where a hole is drilled and the magnet is recessed into the hole.
They are commonly used with cup assemblies to increase their holding strength.
Neodymium disc magnets are incredibly versatile and have superb strength for their size. They`re used in many commercial applications including modular retail displays and point of sale stands for holding panels to a steel framework and many new packaging designs use them cleverly trapped behind layers of cardboard to provide invisible closing mechanisms.
Round magnets have a diameter greater than thickness, and are available in sizes approx 3mm up to approx 100mm diameter. Pull strengths begin at around 250g and can reach up to 262kg!
