The smooth oil of centrifugal compressor has the effects of smoothing, cooling, buffering, sealing, scouring and grinding, and preventing rust. Scientific use of smooth oil is a prerequisite for ensuring safe and reliable operation of the compressor at all times. The following is the analysis and sampling of smooth oil. 1. Smooth oil with different trademarks can not be mixed. Oil mixed with different quality and trademark will reduce the function of oil; and it will attack sticky deposits and lacquer-like sediments; block oil supply system; affect oil pressure Send. Normally replace the oil in the oil cooler, oil separator and oil circuit system every 2000h. Replace or remove the filter together. If working in a dusty or high humidity environment; the oil change distance should be shortened. Regular sampling analysis of smooth oil is usually carried out; whether oil can be changed according to the sampling results.
The factors that affect the life of oil are:
(1) The inhaled air contains dust, iron oxide, carbon dioxide, etc., which can accelerate the transformation of the oil.
(2) The use of used oil emissions will shorten the service life of newly added oil.
(3) The high operating temperature of the compressor can accelerate the oxidation and enthalpy of the oil.
(4) The water leaking from the oil cooler enters the oil.
2. Sampling analysis and discriminating The distance at which the oil sample is extracted in the system depends on the environmental conditions of the compressor unit, the load conditions and the smooth oil trademark used. The oil sample should be hot in the unit (ie 15 min before the compressor stops). The compressor is under working condition. Look at the weft code. Therefore, it is necessary to be very careful when sampling; no pollution is allowed. The best way to extract the oil sample is to use a clean plastic tube from the fuel tank or oil. Extract from the cooler. If sampling from the oil drain plug; after the oil drain plug is opened; release no less than 0.15L oil and then sample. In addition to the oil sample during sampling; the following data should also be supplied; In order to make an appropriate assessment or claim for the oil being used:
(1) Compressor type and type,
(2) Applying time or using time after overhaul,
(3) The last time the oil was replaced,
(4) The amount of oil added and the number of additions after the last oil replacement,
(5) Oil product trademark,
(6) Application environment (dust, humidity, chemical pollution, etc.),
(7) load situation,
(8) Some important repair records (replacement parts, etc.).
Sampling analysis except for the determination of acid value, viscosity, hue, water content, and insoluble components; in the case of conditional agreement, the metal particles in the insoluble components should be analyzed; to determine whether these metal particles can be attributed to the compressor. Normal wear and tear; thus supervising the work of the compressor; preventing the onset of the incident.
The analysis of trace metal components is most useful by atomic absorption spectrometry. The atomic absorption profile can be used to supply the earliest wear information of parts; to guess the following types of events that may occur.

(2) the abrasion, wear and tear of the gears and the gear conflicts caused by misalignment,
(3) between the rotor of the compressor; the touch, wear or scratch between the rotor and the casing,

The metal content measured from the oil sample comes primarily from the normal wear and tear of the part, the contamination and the additives in the smooth oil.
If the metal content in the oil sample is less than the standard value; clarify that the compressor operation is normal; otherwise, it may reflect that some parts may have a problem. Of course, the above data is not applicable during the new unit or overhaul test run. When the metal The content is added arbitrarily; clarify that the unit is in the abnormal operation period. At this moment; the conflict between the moving parts is added; the wear is accelerated; if it is not adopted in time, the wear will be sharply added; the corresponding parts will be damaged.
