(2) Refining operation using feeding line, temperature adjustment and argon blowing “three in one”. (3) Strictly control the pouring temperature. (4) The content of the microalloying element Ti is increased from 0.003% to 0.008% or more. (5) Adopt full protection casting process to reduce the absorption of N.

Improve the purity of molten steel

Under the existing conditions, there are two key points to improve the purity of molten steel. The first is the intensive control of the smelting operation before the furnace, that is, the optimized design of the oxygen lance nozzle and the audio control slagging technology, plus the experience of the steelmaker. Auxiliary, under the premise of ensuring the removal of S and P, the oxygen content in the steel is reduced as much as possible; the steel slag ball + slag cap double slag slag process is adopted in the tapping process to reduce the conversion of the converter slag into the ladle, and at the same time, it has the function of removing S Ladle covering agent and molten steel purifying agent. In addition, in the post-furnace refining process, the bottom-blown argon forced stirring method is combined with the feeding process to ensure that the inclusions in the molten steel float, strengthen the reaction of the slag steel interface in the ladle, further remove S and P, reduce the oxygen content in the steel and improve The shape of the inclusions improves the purity of the molten steel.

Adjust the internal control composition of steel

According to the national standard, when smelting 20g (Ti) steel, the internal control component is formulated. First, the carbon is constant (0.12% to 0.20%), and the lower limit component of manganese is increased, thereby making the strength and other properties of the steel. Under the premise of sufficient guarantee, the toughness has been improved. At the same time, due to the improved purity, the cold bending performance is greatly improved, and the welding performance of the steel plate is also ensured. By increasing the Ti content, the morphology of N in the steel is changed, and a TiN compound is formed, which improves the timeliness of the steel.
