RohmandHaas has launched an innovative paint lotion, DuraplusMPEmulsion, which will target the North American floor paint market. This is a new and versatile styrene-acrylate waterborne copolymer that will adapt to the most demanding volatile organic compound (VOC) standards and will perform much better than traditional solvents and waterborne translucent coloring techniques.

Floor paints based on Rhoplex MPemulsion are recommended for locations that require regular high maintenance, such as supermarkets, non-food retail stores and office halls. They offer a perfect look, excellent gloss retention, superior repair and recoatability, and no APEO.

Floor paint manufacturers can customize the finish to suit the floor temperature range above 50Â° Fahrenheit (10Â°C). DuraplusMPemulsion is part of Rohm and Haas' high performance environmentally friendly floor paint product line.
