He Yiquan: My life and the life of Sanmao

I was born in 1932 and is now 81 years old. In January 1951, when he was in the second year of Wuhan University, he responded to the call of the Anti-US Aid and the Protection of the Homeland and participated in the Chinese People's Volunteers. After six years of professional resumption of school, in 1960, Huazhong Institute of Technology graduated from the distribution office. Retired in 1995, he has worked for more than 20 years and has been managing for more than 10 years for 36 years. In 42 years of work, Sanmao accounted for 6/7, and 81 years of career accounted for 2/3, which is a lifetime. There is a sentence: "Life is three people, death is three grinding ghosts." I often look back on the year after year in my life. In the first half of 1960, I went to the Huazhong Institute of Technology (now Huazhong University of Science and Technology) to return to the fifth grade for the next semester. After reading it, I already knew about Sanmao, but I did not expect to be assigned to Sanmao. I was shocked in the rectification movement. I was surprised and surprised when I got the distribution order. My major is mechanical manufacturing technology and equipment. How can I get to the three mills based on chemical and non-metallic materials? Another thought is that we will start formal work, and there is nothing wrong with changing the wheel.

On August 14th of this year, I took my baggage from the train station and took the No. 9 bus to Ludong Village. After I reported it, I went to the design team. Only then did I know that I was engaged in mechanical design and my heart was safe. After coming to the office, I heard that in the Second World War, Germany bombed the Soviet Union. Apart from power stations and transportation hubs, it was the bearing factory and the grinding wheel factory. At that time, Shenyang, Zibo and Zhengzhou three large grinding wheel factories (one, four and two sands) were all secret units. I have a deep impression of the important position of the industry, and it is also very strong. In 1961, Comrade Lu Genren came to preside over the work, and with the team set up a shelf, and put forward the "quiet and quiet research", I am very encouraged. Like other professional groups, the design team has also been transformed into a professional research office. Director Lu has been the first director of the special equipment research room from the industry. Mr. Yu proposed to the development plan of the Sixth Research Office of our institute, conduct industry surveys, study abroad, establish laboratories and manufacturing plants, and let me see the bright future of special equipment development. There are 4 professional groups under the six rooms. I served as the deputy leader of the special equipment group for abrasive tools. I thank the party organizations for their trust and encouragement. When implementing the "five-fix" of the 14th article of scientific research, I asked the comrades in the group to select the main processes such as grinding wheel molding and compounding, and I picked up the remaining grinding wheel. After I came here, I saw a lot of craft materials and got a better understanding of the grinding wheel manufacturing. I have repeatedly visited the factory for internships and research, saw the rough and rough equipment of the industry, and saw the harsh conditions of the hard work of the workers' comrades. I am determined to work hard to change the backwardness of the industry equipment. The six rooms are the specific posts that I serve the people. In this new industry, I stepped out of the first step on the professional road.

I got married in 1963, I was 31 years old and I was born in 66 years. Since then, I have had a lifelong partner and a stable family, and I have no worries. Because the two places have been separated for ten years, I have been working on my work. I have not even asked for a family leave in one year. In 1966, the first project I was responsible for, the industry's first oil-stone surface grinder was successfully developed, and solved the key problem of manually holding the oil-stone grinding plane, and won the advanced project award. I was the deputy leader of the abrasive equipment group (no group leader). I personally won the title of technical innovation master, received by the head of the land, and spoke at the conference. I began to get rid of the shadows on the road ahead of life and confidently continue to advance on the road of scientific research.

Around 1973, I also worked on six tasks: 1. Preparation of industry-specific equipment development plans; 2. Joint design of 6 groups of 10 factories in the industry; 3. Formulation of industry-specific equipment for centralized manufacturing and fixed-point production; The introduction letter of the Ministry of Machinery was arranged to be implemented in 15 cities of the 7 Provincial Machinery Department; 4. Over the past 20 years, I have hosted and participated in more than 30 topics and technical work. Among them, “Design and Design of Grinding Machine Tool Selection” has created six firsts. In the past 20 years, I have ran more than 100 cities, and I have been to nearly 100 grinding wheel factories. I have worked in a sand wheel factory in Beijing, Tianjin, Yantai, etc., often for half a year, and I have met hundreds of technicians and workers. The workers of the above-mentioned factories also invited me to eat at home. I grinded the oil stone, drove the wheel through the electric wheel. In the middle of the year, he often travels to the factory for half a year, and often can't buy sleepers. I took the train for three consecutive nights, rushed to Fuxin, contacted the work with a sand, and immediately reported to the room director after returning to the Zhengzhou night car. She was sleepy as long as she did not speak. In the industry equipment meeting, the topic summarizes the foreign situation, the industry planning size report is done to me, there is no rest time. It was also because of a lot of business trips and busy work. After the wife was transferred in 73 years, she was alone in housework and fell into a chronic disease, which made me feel guilty.

After more than 10 years as deputy leader and several years of team leader, reform and opening up ushered in a spring of science. In 1979, I was appointed as the deputy director of the Sixth Research Office. After one year, I was promoted to director and took up the position of technical management. In 1982, the ministry appointed me as the deputy chief engineer of Sanmao, in charge of the technical transformation work, and went to Beijing to report to the relevant departments of the ministry for more than 10 times in half a year. Regardless of the work of the people, I am very satisfied and very hard. I intend to continue doing it.

I like reading books and reading newspapers, and political studies are active. I subscribed to magazines such as "Red Flag" and "Learning", read through four volumes of Mao Xuan, and intensively read philosophical works such as "Contradictions" and "Practice Theory". Party Secretary Zhao Qunyi has visited our room many times to participate in political studies, let me speak on political and current affairs at the conference of the whole body. I was fortunate enough to be named as an advanced individual in Zhengzhou Industrial Science Daqing, and I went to Daqing to visit and study with Zhao Shuji, and I was deeply infected by education.

On the eve of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party on June 30, 1981, I once again filed an application for membership. On July 1st of the following year, I finally became a glorious member of the Chinese Communist Party. After I became the first member of the New Democracy Youth League New China on January 14, 1950 (I was a member of the Wuhan University). The first member of the Wuhan Municipality Congress, a beautiful dream that has been in existence for more than 30 years. I had a patriotic dream from the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. On January 13, 1951, I was a second-year student and member of the University of Wuda, responding to the call of the great anti-US aid and the defending country, and embarked on the road of submitting a pen to serve the motherland. Despite many twists and turns, I have never wavered through my conviction and feelings of loving the Chinese Communist Party and loving socialist China. I have stood the test of all political movements, especially the Cultural Revolution. Joining the party at the age of 50 is a glorious moment of my life.

In July 1983, the Ministry appointed me as the director of the Sanmao Institute. This is something I never expected. I am used to dissecting myself. I think that I am not suitable for being a director, I am willing to manage things, and I am not willing to manage people. However, as a party member, I cannot refuse the organization. I can only do my best. Later, he also served as party secretary. For more than ten years of sourness and bitterness, I have lived through my other life. The hard work of the first few years is much more complicated than the subject. Although I knew that Lu had said that I could afford it and let it go, I was not suitable because of my lack of ability. Although I barely took it, I could not let it go. If you want to ask questions, the pressure is small, it is really fun. When the director thinks about problems, the pressure can't afford it, and he has the courage to practice. Sure enough, less than two years, on the eve of the May 1st, April 30th, 85 years ago, I was tired and nervous. I just wanted to relax, but I suddenly had Ménière's disease (inner ear vertigo), and I couldn't stand. Can only lie down, sweating, and vomiting. Although he was hospitalized twice in 85 and 89 years, he was not cured and often relapsed. When re-elected, the work was basically entrusted to Deputy Director Yan Wenhao, and the work of the party committee entrusted Shao Dehou, deputy secretary. I often only come to work in the morning. After 93 years, the director was not good, although he was a secretary. Since 1994, the condition has gradually eased, and later the ears are not smashed, and the disease will be better. In 1995, after many requests from me, the department’s laborer agreed to retire. It has been more than 60 years and more than 2 years.

When the director naturally has many duties and duties, it is necessary to do something for the employees. It is not necessary to write. What I am pursuing is to "do things for the public, treat others with sincerity", and never use power for personal gain. It is not for the management of employees, but for employees, and the term of office should be able to withstand employee appraisal and historical inspection. There are workers and shackles for a moment, not terrible, but they cannot be embarrassed by everyone after leaving office. For more than ten years of leadership positions, I have not seen any personnel files of an employee. It is unnecessary; I have not read the technical information of any subject, and I don't need it. I don't count personal grievances and dislikes, everything is based on facts, the system is the criterion, and things are not right.

When taking over as director, the ministry’s request is not to keep business, but to start a business. How to reform and open up, how to position, exist and develop under the market economic system, how to predict the future of the planning office from the situation, market, and national conditions, this is the main problem I have long considered. I don't think about three or five years, but ten years and decades. Therefore, there are some non-job behaviors. In addition to vertical vertical leadership, some horizontal communication and alliances have been carried out. There are two main things, the establishment of joint ventures and the creation of engineering centers. At the 45th anniversary of the founding of the institute, I wrote an article about creating an engineering center. I recently wrote a review of the history of the institute and wrote these two things. I won't talk much about it here.

The joint venture and the construction center are not the tasks assigned by the bureau, but they are two major events. The first joint venture, Shenzhen Zhengyuan Superhard Materials Co., Ltd., played first and foremost. After the approval of the Shenzhen Municipal Government in October, we only Going to the ministry to report, this is not agreed. Later, I reported that it was a technical window in the frontier areas of reform and opening up, which only reluctantly agreed to set up. In 1989, I officially reached a cooperation agreement with Osaka Diamond Co., Ltd., and the ministry once again opposed it. Because the local government has already established a project, we recommend a local factory replacement, which is the joint venture between Huanghe Industrial Group and Japan. The engineering center was first approved by the Provincial Science and Technology Commission and the provincial government, and together with the provincial government's special article to report to the State Science and Technology Commission, after the project was established, the formal application was submitted from the Ministry of Machinery. Our institute is the first engineering center of the Ministry of Machinery. Some directors at the meeting of the directors of the ministry asked me: What is the use of the center? The establishment of a joint venture factory has made it very easy for us to obtain the autonomy of the first batch of 100 national research institutes in the country, and also created powerful conditions for the Shenjian Center. If it is a few years later, our center may be difficult to pass the industry review. (The second declaration office in the department was not approved). It was enough to be busy enough, and I found these extra things, and I became more busy and tired. I have revered Zhuge Liang in my life, I am doing my best, and I am dead.
