Since last year, the reliability rate of China's urban power supply has reached about 99.9%. Statistics from CEC show that in the first half of this year, the average power outages of users of Shanghai Electric Power Company, Beijing Electric Power Company, and Shandong Electric Power Company were less than 1 hour, and the reliability of power supply was 99.987%, 99.984%, and 99.978, respectively. %; average power outages for users of power companies in Jiangsu, Henan, Hebei, Hunan, and Zhejiang were less than two hours.
