Putian: Successful cultivation of a new peanut variety "Yan Series 2"

A new peanut variety, "Lanxi 2", was successfully cultivated in Putian City Agricultural Institute and passed relevant experts' appraisal. The “Mudan No. 2” peanut generally has a yield of 250 kilograms, an increase of more than 10% from the average peanut, and a fat content of 51%. It also has good drought resistance, lodging resistance and disease resistance.
