Centering fixture for repairing rolling rollers

Due to the characteristics of the work, the rollers 8 (see figure) we use need to be repaired frequently. In the past, it was very troublesome to correct the clamping and grinding with a four-jaw chuck. To this end, we have designed the fixture and the effect is better. The main body 6 is mounted in the spindle hole of the cylindrical grinding machine, and is tensioned by the tie rod 5, and the thrust bearing 4 is mounted in the bearing housing 3. When the workpiece to be ground is to be removed, loosen the screw 7, and gently tap the wedge iron from the V-shaped groove to remove the workpiece, which is convenient to use.
