Straight shop type B: cement layer + moisture proof membrane + floor (this method installs the floor squeezing groove must apply the waterproof floor special glue)
(2) pad type: cement floor + moisture-proof membrane + wood layer + floor.
(3) Suspension pad type: cement floor + damp proof membrane + special keel + wood layer + floor.
(Dedicated keel requirements: moisture content less than 13%, width less than 400mm, spacing less than 350mm must be fixed firmly, can not be fixed with cement mortar, the height of the customer's discretion)
2, installation steps:
(1) The side of the floor groove is facing the wall, and at the same time, a gap of about 10 mm is reserved with the wooden frame.
(2) Apply 20~30cm floor special glue (polyurethane glue) in the width direction.
(3) Press the floor directly on the glue (cover more than 90% of the area) and check whether it has been coated in place.
(4) The (2), (3) points can be mounted without adhesive, but only with special waterproof glue or straight nails (do not use white latex). Straight-laid type B can only be fixed with a special waterproof glue at the floor tongue and groove interface, not nailing.
(5) Referring to the first row of floor standards, install the second row. Under normal circumstances, the Robin floor can be used to match the seams by hand. In rare cases, hammers (preferably rubber hammers) can be used to tap the floorboards. The seams fit well.
(6) Calculate the width of the last two rows of floors using two floors (calculate the reserved gaps when using the deeds).
(7) When installing the last two floors, use one end of the Z-bar to hook the edge of the floor, and tap the other end with a hammer to make the joint seams fully fit.
Second, installation precautions:
1. Please check all materials carefully before installation.
Wood is a natural product. It varies in color, tone and texture. Some color variations are normal in natural wood flooring. Although Robin flooring undergoes many tests before leaving the factory, the final inspection before installation belongs to the customer and The installer's responsibility.
2, installation tools:

3, installation site conditions:
(1) It is up to the installer/customer to determine whether it is suitable for installation of parquet.
(2) All external work such as laying of sinks, pipes, cement products, including marble, and bricklaying shall be completed before installation.
(3) The foundation of the installation site should have a slope of at least 5% or a sufficient drainage system and moisture barrier around it.
(4) The temperature of 20 ~ 30 °C, relative humidity of 40 ~ 60% for the appropriate environmental conditions.
(5) Do not install in the bathroom, the humidity is too high.
4, cement floor requirements:
(1) It is firm, flat and clean.
a. No peeling, pits, and non-abrasive surfaces (for reference, the method of detection is: use a coin or a key to scrape the cement without powder.).
b. Without paint, grease, glue, wax oil, curled composition and other dirt, foreign matter, and prevent adhesion delamination.
c. The flatness reaches 1 square meter and the difference is ≤ 2mm.
(2) Must be dry, relative humidity is recommended <14%.
(3) The new concrete floor shall be dried for 60 days before being paved and then used for testing. (The most common test method is: 100mm x 100mm area of ​​6mm thick polyethylene film covering the concrete floor with tape after 24 hours to observe the polyethylene film under water vapor, then the cement floor is too wet)
(4) If a damp-proof film is generally placed on the floor of the cement floor under the depression or high humidity, the joints overlap 50 to 100mm, the film is 100mm higher than the bottom of the wall, and the moisture-proof film becomes a whole.
5, under the wood floor preparation:
(1) Thickness 8~18mm thick plywood is more suitable for wood layer, open sawing into 600mm x 1200mm before fixing, particleboard is not suitable.
(2) Plywood must be inspected for integrity and flatness, humidity <14%, and the humidity of the installed materials varies by <4-6%.
(3) The wood layer should be fixed on the cement layer with special glue or expansion screws, nails, and anti-sinking. The flatness ensures that the error of each point is less than 0.2%.
(4) The same surface is clean: no paint, grease, glue, wax oil, stolen material and so on.
6, viscose installation instructions:
There are two methods: a. The wet-bond method is to place the floor directly on the wet glue.
b. The dry stick method is to apply glue on the floor.
Note: Be sure to follow the glue supply commercial glue instructions and use special floor glue. All practices apply a coverage of >90%.
Third, additional instructions:
1. Wood is a natural product. The slight change in color, tone, and texture is normal. Beautiful wood composite flooring is a natural product and has flaws. Although floor production is strictly conducted according to standards, industry characteristics generally allow 5% error. Therefore, the installer has to calculate 5% of the floor space so that it will produce waste and produce or natural helium loss when cutting.
Note: Manufacturers/distributors/retailers do not bear the cost of visible defects after installation.
2. The installer must confirm that the cement floor and wood floor should meet the requirements in this description before installation. Robin Floor refuses to bear damage to the floor due to bad floor conditions in the cement floor, wooden floor, or workplace.
3. Improper use of electric and manual nail remover will leave marks on the floor. Please pay attention to the installer.
4. When installing straight-laid A, do not stand on the floor and move around within 48 hours because the adhesive is not yet cured.
