According to the Chengdu Bureau of Commerce, Chengdu's footwear industry and other characteristic industries maintained growth during the period from January to July 2010: footwear exports totaled US$400 million, an increase of 68.9%, and pharmaceutical products accumulated US$110 million, an increase of 18.6 percent. %; agricultural products accumulatively exported 190 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 15.7%.
In Chengdu, from July to July, the city’s total exports were US$7.79 billion, up 38.6%. In July, Chengdu achieved US$2.013 billion in import and export volume, an increase of 31.46%. Among them, exports accounted for 1.03 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 19.29%, an increase of 13 percentage points from the previous month; July imports of 983 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 47.21%, were higher than the national and the province's 17 and 10 percentage points respectively.

It can increase the products surface hardness, wear-resistance and anti-smearing properties. 6.Used as modifier in paraffin wax, and improve the paraffin`s melting point ,crystallinity ,etc. 7.Used as releasing agent and protective agent in rubber .
