As high performance steels, high speed grades offer high hardness at temperatures up to 500°C and high wear resistance. High speed steel has more advantages to the standard high carbon tool steel specifications. It will withstand increases in temperature without losing its temper and this enables the steel to cut faster than high carbon steel. Hence the name high speed steel. Stocks are held in the tungsten molybdenum type high speed steel. Cobalt molybdenum high speed steel grades are also available, which offer high hardness, excellent  cutting properties with high red hardness and good toughness.Â

- M35/W6Co5Cr4V2Co5 high speed steel is a  W-Mo series high performance steel contains 5% cobalt,it has high Quenching/Tempering hardness,red hardness and high temperature hardness.
- M35 high performance hss is mainly used in manufacturing high speed gear hob,precise broach and twist drills,screw tap, all kinds of milling cutter and woodworking tools.
- Besides using in cutting tools, M35 high speed steel is also can used in cold work die steel.

3 Q: How to confirm the Acceptance of Goods and Quality Control?
A: Once the manufacturing of a batch is complete, two samples will be acquired at random by the buyer's representatives for testing at independent labs. One sample will be sent to a lab in Seller's country and the other sample to a lab in buyer's country.
