In terms of import sources, China imported 6279 plastic presses from Asia from January to April 2017, amounting to approximately US$280 million, accounting for 81.26% and 55.32% of imported plastic presses, respectively. From January to April 2017, China's plastic machine export market ranked among the top 10 countries, with exports to the United States, India, Thailand, Bangladesh and South Korea growing rapidly, while exports to Indonesia, Turkey and Iran have fallen. Among them, the number of exported to the United States was 60,828 units, an increase of 140.42% over the same period of last year. The main products were 3D printers, accounting for 95%.
