1 Technical requirements
1.1 Grades and Chemical Composition
1.1.1 Ferrosilicon is based on silicon and its impurity content. Divided into sixteen card arches, their chemical composition shall conform to the provisions of Table 1
1.2 Physical state
1.2.1 ferrosilicon casting thickness: FeSi75 series of various grades of ferrosilicon ingots shall not exceed 100mm; FeSi65 ingots shall not exceed 80mm. Segregation of silicon is not more than 4%.
1,2.2 ferrosilicon supply particle size should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.

Note: The number of FeSi45 less than 20mm x 20mm must not exceed 15% of the total weight.
1.2.3 The acquirer has special requirements on the granularity of the supply and can negotiate with the supplier
2 test methods
2.1 Sampling The analysis of chemical analysis specimens shall be conducted in accordance with GB 4010-83 (Method for the analysis of ferroalloy chemical analysis specimens).
2.2 Sample Preparation Chemical Analysis Samples were taken using Farah GB 4332-84 Ferroalloy Chemical Analysis Sample Preparation Method.
2.3 Chemical analysis method The chemical analysis method of ferrosilicon is carried out according to GB 4333. l-4333.8-84 "Silicon iron chemical analysis method".
2.4 The particle size test is carried out using square hole steel screen or square hole screen.
3 inspection rules
3.1 Quality Inspection and Acceptance Product quality inspection phase acceptance shall meet the requirements of GB3650-83 "Ferroalloy Acceptance, Packaging, Storage and Transportation, Signage and Quality Certificate General Requirements".
3.2 Batches of ferrosilicon are batched in the same grade, but the fluctuation range of Si content should not exceed 3%.
4 Packaging, storage, transportation, signs and quality certificates
4.1 Packaging ferrosilicon can be shipped in bulk bags, containers, bags, etc. according to the requirements of the buyer. When using bags or containers. There should be obvious signs outside the package.
4.2 Storage, Transportation, Marking and Quality Certificates The storage, transportation, marking and quality certificates of the products produced shall comply with the requirements of GB3650-83 General Requirements for Acceptance, Packaging, Storage, Transportation, Marking and Quality Certificates of Ferrous Alloys.
