The results of random inspection show that 120 batches of products produced by 120 wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises are qualified for 90 batches, and the product sampling pass rate is 75%; the main problem with unqualified wooden furniture is that the amount of formaldehyde released exceeds the standard, and the formaldehyde released by individual wooden furniture The amount even exceeds 30mg / L, which exceeds 20 times the national standard.

 

In the past three years, the qualified rate of random inspection of wooden furniture in Shenyang City has remained at about 80%. Compared with 2012, the qualified rate of wooden furniture in 2013 was 75%, a decrease of 11 percentage points. The main reason is the increase in formaldehyde products. Some of the furniture manufacturing companies deliberately chose inferior plates to reduce costs, resulting in excessive formaldehyde emissions.
