The “135 Fire Fighting and Rescue Circle Visual Command and Dispatching System” connects the unit fire control room, the micro fire station and the full-time fire brigade to achieve “one-touch network, multi-point perception, and all-person linkage”. The system consists of four sections: “two hardwares and two softwares”, namely: alarm dispatching sub-center integrated machine, micro fire station networking alarm terminal, visual command and dispatch PC software, remote visual command and dispatch mobile APP software, with one-button alarm , one-click scheduling, internal linkage, real-time monitoring of duty management, remote audio and video conferences, remote fire inspections, fire-fighting IoT monitoring linkage, command and dispatch record query, real-time map and other functions. When the duty officer appears to be out of position or missed, the sub-center video automatically links the name, address, and unattended real-time status of the relevant unit.

In order to ensure safe and stable operation, the system software is installed on the Hikvision “Watching Cloud” platform. The video image transmission is guaranteed by the telecom private network, and the voice transmission is guaranteed by the telephone line. In the event of a fire, the duty officer presses the "internal linkage" button of the networked terminal equipment, and the fire control person in charge of the unit and all the team members receive the command synchronously; press the " 119 fire alarm" button, and immediately pass the alarm dispatching center video machine The line detachment command center reports the disaster situation; the command center presses the "135" fire extinguishing circle button to dispatch police tasks to the public security fire brigade of the jurisdiction and all the miniature fire stations in the "135" fire extinguishing circle to realize remote video dispatching and command. The public security fire supervisor can use the mobile APP software to check the user information in time, inquire about the site information and map location within the jurisdiction, and grasp the fire control room of each connected unit and the duty of the full-time team.
