A total of 65 functional genes related to oil content in rapeseed were developed, with functional marker ESTP35 for protein content, Indel marker for erucic acid functional gene, and SCAR marker for oleic acid synthesis gene FAD2. The rapeseed yellow seed coat gene was mapped on chromosome 5 of Arabidopsis thaliana, and the distances between the two side molecular markers from the yellow seed coat genes were 0.36 cM and 0.56 cM, respectively. Two glucosinolates were detected on the LG20 linkage group of Brassica napus. QTL, obtained four QTLs associated with oleic acid content (OAQ1, OAQ2, OAQ3, and OAQ4), located in linkage groups N13, N8, N13, and N1, three QTLs resistant to Brassica oleracea, and three peanut oil content QTLs (oilc01, oilc02, and oilc03), 6 peanuts were infected with QTL against A. flavus.
