The project owner Xu Pengfei said that the total investment of the photovoltaic system is more than 20,000 yuan, and a total of four 240-watt polysilicon photovoltaic modules, five 230-watt polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, and one 2-kilowatt inverter are used. According to calculations by Qingdao Power Grid, this set of home solar photovoltaic power generation system is designed to generate 2600 degrees of power each year, which can save 0.91 tons of standard coal and reduce the carbon dioxide emissions of 2592.2 kg. According to an official from the Energy Bureau, the installed capacity of distributed generation is double that of the pre-planned expansion and will reach 20 million kilowatts by 2015.
