The occurrence of inaccurate production is closely related to the accuracy of the rotary screen printing machine, the rotary screen and its plate making, process operation, and printed grey cloth.

In the process of rotary screen printing, the irregular flowers that are often encountered can be divided into two types, that is, from the time of driving, the inaccurate flowering is inaccurate, and the flowering is not accurate when the flower is aligned. . The form of the flower on the cloth surface can be divided into intermittently inaccurate flowers, a good period of time is not good, and the two sides are not allowed to be in the middle or the middle side is inaccurate. The oblique direction is not accurate, the continuity is not accurate, and so on.

Cause of formation

The causes of this type of rickets are relatively wide and complex, and the specific reasons are:

(1) The speed difference between the printed rubber guide tape and the rotary screen is large. When the pneumatic friction plate clutch that drives the rubber guide belt active roller in the main transmission system, the rubber is driven by factors such as insufficient air pressure or excessive air leakage, dirt entering the friction plate, and the surface of the friction plate being used for a long time without being flattened. The driving force of the belt running is unstable; the anti-slip layer of the active roller surface that drives the rubber belt is peeled off, the friction coefficient is decreased, and the rubber belt is slippery during operation; the rubber belt tension is insufficient or the inner surface of the rubber belt More pulp leads to the rubber belt slipping during operation.

(2) Loose flower mechanism. Transmission parts in the transmission system, such as gears, worm gears, etc., are used too long, and severe wear is likely to cause and cause misalignment. The net seat is loose, and the parts in the net seat are worn out, such as bearings, gears, ferrules, etc., loose screws will cause the flowers to be inaccurate.

(3) The rubber blanket is not stable, especially the sharp left and right, which is one of the main sources of inaccurate flowers.

(4) The phenomenon of sticking of the color paste on the inner and outer surfaces of the rubber blanket is serious. Especially when paint printing is used, the rubber on the rubber is not cleaned in time. (5) The speed between the printed portion of the rotary screen and the cloth drop frame is different. That is, the printing speed is slow, and the cloth speed is too fast. The last round net pattern has not been fixed on the printed fabric smoothly, and it is pulled by the falling frame at a relatively fast speed, so that the last round net pattern has been out of control.
