(1) The seal ring or the O-ring is broken.

Repair method: Repair the hydraulic motor and replace the oil seal. Be careful when inserting the oil seal. Be careful not to damage the lip.

(3) The back pressure is increased due to the blockage of the return pipe, which causes the seal ring to break.

The excavator cannot stop on the slope because the excavator's travel pump itself has a brake device. The hydraulic motor is not supplied with oil, and the brake device acts as a brake. Before the hydraulic oil enters the traveling motor, one way oil enters the end of the reciprocating valve A, so that the reciprocating valve moves to B; one of the oil of the pressure oil passes through the reciprocating valve to reach the moving sliding valve, so that the moving sliding valve moves toward the spring, so that the hydraulic oil reaches With the motor brake, the motor starts to rotate. There are many ways to handle the high oil temperature of the excavator:

(1) Check if the hydraulic circuit is blocked.

(2) Try to change the oil. If the oil is deteriorated or the oil is used improperly, the oil temperature will be high.

(3) The main pump is seriously worn, and the rocker arm assembly, pump casing, plunger, etc. are replaced.

(4) Wrap the liquid tank with a heat insulation mat.

(5) The small engine belt of the lathe car increases the air intake, and cuts the bottom plate of the radiator side to change the mesh plate.

(6) The engine speed will also cause the oil temperature to be high.
