The industrial park will use four years of time to build a basic molding. Pengsheng Industrial Park covers an area of ​​about 32 hectares. The Industrial Park is mainly engaged in the production of raw hides, leather, shoes, tiles and cardboard boxes. The first phase of the industrial park will reach an annual processing capacity of 600,000 leathers, 300,000 pairs of leather shoes, an annual production capacity of 4 million square meters of ceramic tiles, and cartons that meet the above requirements for product packaging.

According to the relevant person in charge of Wenzhou Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, since this year, Wenzhou private enterprises have accelerated the pace of building overseas industrial parks. In addition to the two industrial parks mentioned above, the United States-based Tongling Technology Group’s US Industrial Park was suspended last year due to the financial crisis and this year it continues to advance. The total investment of the park is 236 million U.S. dollars, which is the first industrial park invested and established by the Chinese private enterprises in the United States. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed and a total of five well-known domestic companies from Shanghai and Guangdong have reached the intention of entering the park.
