On average, 31 kg of cobia were produced per cubic meter of water, 21.7 kg of oval pods and a survival rate of 87%. Five deep-water cages production and aquaculture operating procedures were established, and a deep-water cage in Nanhai District was established. In the three years since the project was implemented, the deep-water cage culture in the Nanhai District has been fully promoted, and the rural “economic cooperatives†breeding business model has been created to effectively solve the problem of high investment in deep-water cage culture production; the “company + farmer†deepwater cage culture has been established. The production method effectively solved the basic investment of farmers' breeding equipment. The project has created three national firsts: HDPE C80 lifting deepwater windbreak net cage technology and equipment; HDPE C160 super deep water cage technology and equipment; unit output 31kg/m3.
