With virtual manufacturing technology, the design scheme and structure can be simulated at the design stage to solve most problems and improve the power of one trial production. With virtual reality technology, work performance checks can be performed easily and intuitively. For example, John Deere of the United States used this technology to model and simulate the three technical solutions of the new product backhoe loader. 3. Product manufacturing technology in virtual reality environment

As virtual reality technology is developing, virtual reality environment software is relatively mature, such as WTK, dVISE, VRT, etc., and the software functions for simulation and control of mechanical design and manufacturing are relatively scattered, and the connection between the two is not yet Maturity is a hot spot for research and development. Such as mechanical motion simulation, sheet metal forming analysis and simulation, part processing and assembly simulation. At present, feature-based 3D modeling technology is gradually becoming practical and starting to promote applications, providing us with a solid foundation. However, these modeling software does not support virtual reality environments and must be converted and processed.
Based on the unit's product parking garage, we have established a parametric design system in the virtual reality environment, including: garage layout design, garage type selection, garage design and garage work demonstration system, and initially realized parametric virtual design. The system is programmed with VC and OpenGL, and the complex model is modeled using AUTOCAD and 3DS MAX. In this virtual design software, parametric modeling can be used to visualize the layout, design, analysis and motion simulation of the garage.
