At present, the somatic clone cow project in Tianjin is chaired by Dr. Liu Haijun, animal cloning expert. Dr. Liu Ling, an authoritative expert in cloning technology from the world and Dr. Liu Ling, a Chinese American scientist at the University of Texas, provides technical guidance.
