The registered capital of the project is 12 million US dollars, of which the Chinese party holds 51%. The joint venture company was constructed in one or two phases with a total investment of 28 million US dollars. The first phase of investment has been completed. A total of 20,000 square meters of new plants will be built and 200 sets of equipment will be purchased. The second phase of the investment is expected to be completed by the end of 2007.

In particular, Korea's Sanxin's active electric valve is also one of the key products introduced by the company. The valve has passed performance tests in accordance with ASMESection III standards at Wyle Laboratories, USA, in accordance with ANSI B16.41/ASMEQME-1. At the same time, the joint venture contract clearly states that the intellectual property rights of the products developed by the joint venture company are owned by the company.  
In addition to the introduction of technology, the joint venture company also attaches great importance to research and development, strives to establish a sound technology research and development system, and draws up the backbone to set up a special technology research and development team to be responsible for the introduction, absorption and transformation of new product technologies.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of research and development, the company is not only equipped with good office equipment and advanced testing and inspection facilities, but also allocates no less than 3% of the total sales revenue for R&D. In the next step, the company will also establish a hot test rig and use the US Wyle laboratory and the company's test equipment to perform performance tests on the active valves in accordance with ANSI B16.41 and ASMEQME-1.
