Data from the National Development and Reform Commission show that coal prices in the main producing province are generally stable in April

National Development and Reform Commission data show today that the average production price of coal in the main producing province in April was 714 yuan per ton, basically the same as in March.

Data shows that the average price of thermal coal is 525 yuan per ton, a slight drop of 0.64%; the average price of coking coal is 965 yuan per ton, a slight increase of 0.31% over March. The average price of coke produced in the main producing province was 1,565 yuan per ton, which was 0.89% higher than that in March.

The main coal transit port in Qinhuangdao port closed at 640 yuan per ton for thermal coal in April, a slight increase of 0.46% from March.

According to statistics, the price of main blend Datong high-grade blended product was 765-775 yuan per ton, and that of Shanxi premium blend was 720-730 yuan per ton, which was slightly higher than that of the previous week.
