When assembling the screw pump, note the following:

1. The screw pump parts should be carefully cleaned and inspected during assembly, and the damaged parts should be replaced;

3, the correct installation of the bearing makes the shaft flexible, no jamming phenomenon.

5, the timing of the discharge body pressure tightening, the nut should be tightened evenly;

6, mechanical seal installation should be careful, the friction end face should be cleaned and coated with grease;

7. When installing the stator, apply the lubricant to the rotor, and the surface of the stator cavity is beneficial to the stator installation;

8. When installing and assembling, the coupling installation deviation: △Y≤0.2mm, △α≤30'.
