How to prevent productive dust
Relevant technical measures taken in the prevention and control of production dust hazards include:
1. Give priority to the use of advanced production technology, technology and raw materials to eliminate the generation or reduction of dust. For process technology and raw materials, the corresponding dust-proof ventilation control measures should be designed according to the production process and dust characteristics.
2, the production process and equipment to produce dust, should be preferred to use mechanization and automation, to avoid direct manual operation, combined with the production process to take ventilation and purification measures.
3. Closed measures, set appropriate local exhaust and dust removal facilities to control the dust source, and take wet operation as much as possible;
4. The composition and arrangement of the ventilation system should be reasonable to meet the dustproof requirements.
5. The workshop adopts hot air heating, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation. The air inlet is installed in the outdoor air to clean and lower than the air outlet. For the ventilation system with fire and explosion protection requirements, the air inlet should be set to have no spark splash. In a safe place, the exhaust vents should be located in an outdoor safe place. The intake and exhaust devices of adjacent workplaces should be reasonably laid out to avoid short-circuiting of airflow.
6. The air volume at the air inlet should be determined by calculation according to the principle of preventing dust from escaping into the room. When conditions are met, they should be adjusted with measured data before being put into operation.
7. When the local exhaust hood cannot be sealed, the appropriate umbrella-shaped exhaust device should be selected according to different process operation requirements and technical and economic conditions.
8. In the workplace where the dust with explosive danger is released, an explosion-proof ventilation system or an accidental exhaust system should be provided.
