Nowadays, in order to produce these cold waters with a temperature not higher than 10 °C, public buildings are generally equipped with a large central air-conditioning system, and the roof is usually equipped with a huge cooling tower, and the power consumption is very large. In general civil buildings (including residential buildings), all buildings are equipped with outdoor units with split air conditioners. In China, there are outdoor machines everywhere. In fact, many foreign countries, especially developed countries, are not allowed to hang anything outside the building. Our national outdoor machines can be installed casually, which is the problem. why? I think this is the result of a small fuss in the air-conditioning industry and the HVAC industry. If solar thermal utilization technology is used, this problem of excessive energy consumption can be solved. There are already mature products in this area in foreign countries, and Spain, Denmark, Israel and other countries have successful cases of film application.
