At Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the appraisal meeting for "silence-cleaning environment-friendly diamond circular saw blade laser welding process and equipment" was held. The appraisal committee heard the development report, technical report and test report of the project team, reviewed the technical data, searched the new report and user opinions and other documents, and inspected the live demonstration and products of the technology. After careful discussion, the appraisal committee has the following opinions:
1. The project won 3 national utility model patents and published more than 20 papers; the technical data provided by the project team is complete, the data is accurate, and it meets the requirements for identification.
2. For the first time, the noise reduction mechanism of laser slitting diamond circular saw blade was comprehensively studied. The orthogonal test method was used to solve two key technologies of muffling slit design and cutting process. M-type and piano-type and ear-type laser cutting were found. The combination of seams can achieve good results, and the noise reduction can reach up to 17dB(A), reaching the advanced level of international similar products.
3. The single-sided and double-sided welding process of Φ105～600mm diamond circular saw blade was deeply studied. The laser welding process parameter system was established, and the cutter head formula system and manufacturing process suitable for different materials were developed to make the weld strength exceed the international standard. MPA standard.
4. The new optical path system, three-station workbench, special fixture for saw blade welding and welding strength testing tools for diamond circular saw blade laser welding complete equipment developed by this project are innovative. The production efficiency of Φ230mm saw blade is more than 25 pieces/hour, which is equivalent to the production efficiency of fully automatic saw blade welding equipment produced by German Feather Company.
The appraisal committee believes that the project team has completed the various technical and economic indicators proposed in the project task book, and the main technical and economic indicators have reached the international advanced level. The equipment and process developed have independent intellectual property rights and have been promoted and used in China. The products have been exported in batches, and have obtained good economic and social benefits. They have good market application prospects. They have agreed to pass the appraisal and propose to expand the scale of industrialization of results. .
