Bottom emulsifier

The bottom emulsifier is a pulverized emulsified homogenizer installed at the bottom of the reactor. Problems such as pulverization and emulsification.

2. Pipeline emulsifier

The pipeline emulsifier consists of three or more layers of occluded rotating stator. The material is sheared, dispersed and emulsified by layers. The processed material is sucked into the rotor and subjected to shearing for hundreds of thousands of times to ensure the multi-phase liquid height. The purpose of dispersing and fixing particles is rapidly refined; the line emulsifier is used for emulsification, homogenization and dispersion of industrial production and pilot products.

3. Vacuum emulsifier

Vacuum emulsifier means that the material is in a vacuum state, and the high shear emulsifier is used to quickly and uniformly distribute one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase, which utilizes the strong kinetic energy brought by the machine to make the material in the stator and rotor. In a narrow gap, it is subjected to hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shears per minute. Centrifugal extrusion impact tearing and other comprehensive effects, instantaneously dispersed emulsification, high-frequency cycle reciprocating, and finally get a bubble-free fine and stable high-quality products.
