Tianjin will develop local energy managers

The reporter learned from the relevant departments of the city that the "Cycle on Launching the Pilot Work of Energy Managers" of the Tianjin Energy Saving Technical Service Center was approved. The city will carry out training and assessment work for energy managers, and will train a group of local Tianjin energy managers to play a management benefit in this city's energy conservation and emission reduction work.

The energy manager training is designed to meet our country's goal of reducing energy consumption per unit of GDP by about 20% in 2010. It was proposed several years ago. It refers to the leadership and professional management personnel engaged in energy management of enterprises, and the company is responsible for energy management plants. Leaders and management departments, production units (branches or workshops) responsible for energy-saving work and energy management, technical or professional engineers assume (concurrently) responsibilities, and are an important part of corporate science and technology management talents.
