1 Introduction

The maintenance base of Air China Chongqing Branch is called Chongqing Maintenance of Air China Engineering Technology Branch. The address is located at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, which mainly provides ground handling services for Air China aircraft.

2. System requirements analysis

Detecting the overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, power interruption and other signals of the fire equipment power supply, sound and light signal alarm, accurately report the fault line address, and monitor the change of the fault point. Store various fault and operational test signals to display system power status.

3. Reference standard

Recently, in order to increase the intensity of power supply monitoring and control of fire-fighting equipment, the state has successively formulated or revised a number of relevant standards and regulations to strengthen the prevention of power supply for fire-fighting equipment. There are:

(1). GB28184-2011 "Fire Equipment Power Monitoring System".

(2). GB25506-2010 "General Technical Requirements for Fire Control Room".

4. System composition

The fire protection equipment power monitoring system of the maintenance base project of Air China Chongqing Branch consists of fire equipment power status monitors and sensors. The communication bus of this project has access to 4 communication buses. The bus is connected to the wall-mounted background in the fire-fighting distribution box, and the main artery of the fire-fighting equipment power monitoring system is formed. The sensor in the cabinet is powered by 24V DC through the host. The above describes a set of power supply monitoring system for fire protection equipment with stable signal and reliable accuracy. The system networking is divided into three layers:

1) Station management

The management personnel of the station control management team for the fire equipment power monitoring system is the direct window of human-computer interaction and the uppermost part of the system. Mainly composed of system software and necessary hardware equipment, such as display screen, UPS power supply and so on. The monitoring system software calculates, analyzes and processes various types of data information on the site, and responds to the on-site transportation situation by means of text, digital display, sound, and indicator light.

Monitoring host: used for data collection, processing, and data forwarding. Provides data interfaces for system management, maintenance, and analysis within and outside the system.

UPS: Ensure the normal power supply of the computer monitoring system, and ensure the normal operation of the station management management equipment when the whole system has power supply problems.

The background monitoring device is set in the control room.
2) Network communication layer

Communication medium: The system mainly adopts flame-retardant shielded twisted pair cable, and realizes real-time communication between field device and host computer by RS485 interface and MODBUS communication protocol.

Power medium: The 24V power supply is supplied to all sensors in the field by the host computer through the flame-retardant two-core cable, thus ensuring that the module can keep working under any circumstances.

3) Field device layer

The field device layer is a data acquisition terminal, mainly composed of AFPM3-2AV series sensors.

The system structure topology is as follows:

5.2, AFPM-ZJQ fire equipment power repeater

The AFPM-ZJQ firefighting equipment power monitoring repeater (hereinafter referred to as the repeater) is suitable for systems where the monitor (host) and the field sensor (monitor module) communicate far. The repeater not only increases the communication distance of the system, but also supplies power to the connected field sensor (monitor module) to solve the attenuation of the communication signal and power output due to the long distance. The repeater transmits the power information of the connected field module and the repeater to the monitor (host) through the communication bus. This product complies with GB 28184-2011 "Fire Equipment Power Monitoring System" and GB 25506-2010 "Fire Control Room General Technical Requirements" standard.

5.3, AFPM3-2AV sensor

AFPM3-2AV three-phase AC dual-supply voltage sensor (monitor module) (hereinafter referred to as module) can collect the voltage value of the AC power of the monitored equipment, and upload it to the monitor (monitoring host) (hereinafter referred to as the monitoring host) through RS485 communication, monitoring The host can judge the voltage status of the monitored power supply, such as overvoltage and undervoltage. The data can be instructed by the monitoring host to indicate the corresponding power failure type and emit an audible and visual alarm signal.

6 system function

Monitoring alarm function

● The status of the power circuit switch of the monitored equipment

● Working status of the monitored equipment power supply (voltage, current and alarm status information)

● Alarm response time: ≤100s

● Alarm sound signal: It can be manually eliminated. When there is alarm signal input again, it can be started again.

● Alarm light signal: the red LED indicator is always on

6. Conclusion

With the development of intelligent buildings and the widespread use of electricity, people's awareness of safety is becoming higher and higher. The installation of fire protection equipment power monitoring system in public buildings is an inevitable trend of intelligent construction. The fire equipment power system is conducive to the discovery of safety hazards and timely handling of safety hazards. It has the same meaning as fire exits, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers and other equipment. Since the system was put into operation, many hidden dangers have been discovered and rectified, which provided a scientific basis for the fire management of the project and has been well received by customers.

The firefighting equipment power monitoring system of Air China Chongqing Branch Maintenance Base consists of fire equipment power monitoring device AFPM100, fire equipment power repeater and sensor AFPM3-2AV. The AFPM100 fire equipment power monitoring system is an industrial grade hardware/software system that is independently developed by the company to receive field device signals such as fire equipment power sensor and to realize alarm, monitoring and management of the protected electrical circuit.
