How to adjust the value error of the universal testing machine

Under normal circumstances, the universal test machine shows the following errors in the value error:

1, the positive deviation of the indication value is out of tolerance

2, the indication value of the negative deviation is out of tolerance

3. The indication error shows “before positive and negative” or “pre-negative and positive” on the dial and the individual points are out of tolerance.

For the above three indication error cases, the following adjustments should be made to the universal testing machine:

The first case:

After confirming that the installation level of the instrument meets the requirements of the regulations, first check whether the friction of the working part is too large. If it is, adjust the gap of the guide wheel to eliminate the friction and clean the working cylinder if necessary. If the friction is removed, it still exists. If the difference is positive, loosen the fastening screw of the pendulum rod and the push plate connecting bushing in the force measuring part (reading mechanism), adjust the push plate to the inside, and tighten the tightening screw to step by step. Verification, repeated several times, until the test is qualified, if the small plate is qualified, and the large and medium plates are still out of tolerance, the weight of B坨 and 坨 should be increased appropriately until the test is qualified.

The second case:

First check whether the force measuring piston is installed correctly and the friction is too large. After eliminating this cause, adjust the push plate to the outside and adjust the small plate. If the large and medium plates are still out of tolerance, the B should be properly reduced. And the weight of C坨 until the test is qualified.

The third case:

At this time, the angle between the push plate and the tooth head contact surface should be changed. The contact surface is usually fixed to the surface of the push plate by a flat piece of steel with two upper and lower screws. The adjustment method is to loosen the two screws with copper skin. Or other thin metal sheet pads on the upper side or the lower side between the steel sheet and the push plate (only on one side), in order to change the angle, repeated verification and adjustment until qualified.
