During the factory visit, we saw that many companies cherish their own history of growth. Walter's showroom also holds early-grown tool grinders. Some members of the delegation sighed that we used to work on such machines. tool. At Sac, there are many traces of traditional manufacturing techniques. We saw a machine tool in the 1930s in the production workshop. The performance is well maintained and still in service. Although the appearance of the paint is somewhat peeling off, we naturally think of it. This is a company with a very long history. We also saw that the workers who shovel the guide rails were still working by hand. The workers in the hob heat treatment workshop also retained the way to manually control the workpiece to observe and control the heat treatment. These were called the unique craftsmanship and they were not discarded. The company's production workshop and administrative office building are not in one place. From the workshop to the office building, an old cave is required. The slightly larger vehicles cannot pass, but the office building has not moved, because the company was built when it was first established. Tradition may sometimes be the spiritual pillar of a business.
Here we would like to mention that in Germany, production enterprises have a characteristic, generally not concentrated in large cities, but in some small and medium-sized cities and small towns, the environment is beautiful, quiet and comfortable, and there is a long history and cultural heritage.
