What are the special considerations in the maintenance work of the planetary reducer?

The reducer is mainly used in mechanical equipment to adjust the speed through gears and other accessories. As the level of technology continues to improve, the categories of products are also increasing. Some of the different categories are upgrades of the previous product. Some are developed to meet the needs of different users. Here we will focus on the maintenance of planetary reducers.

Due to its unique advantages with other conventional reducers, planetary reducers are widely used in equipment manufacturing accessories, which are not only cost-effective but also reliable. With the development of the times, people's requirements for equipment manufacturing are constantly improving, and the intensity of operations is constantly increasing. As a reducer, it plays a big role in the process of equipment operation. If we do not pay enough attention to the maintenance during the normal operation, it is likely to bring unnecessary losses to the user during the later work.

It is normal for the reducer to wear out during the operation. It is not enough to rely solely on the user's observation and attention. In order to better maintain the reducer, regular follow-up guidance can be provided by the manufacturer who needs the reducer. With professional knowledge and guidance, you can use the reducer to achieve efficient maintenance and reduce the occurrence of equipment failure.

Routine maintenance of the planetary reducer We should do some inspections on the sealing and firmness of the equipment before the operation every day. Take precautions and maintain good vigilance during the operation. If some abnormalities are found. The noise, vibration, etc. should be stopped in time for viewing.

Special attention should also be paid to the oil of the reducer. The internal oil cannot be repeatedly superimposed on the production period, but if it is a longer-term work, it should be completely replaced with a new oil within ten to twenty days. In the process of oil change, special attention should be paid to the use of similar oils. If there is some residue inside the oil, it should be cleaned up and then added with new oil to avoid long-term accumulation, which is not conducive to efficient conversion of equipment, and also It can cause oil pollution. If it is equipment that does not work continuously, it can be changed once a year. If it is a speed reducer that has been idle for a long time, it must be completely replaced with oil to avoid the viscosity of the internal oil due to long-term precipitation. High, is not conducive to the role of the equipment, if it is in the process of equipment operation, the amount of oil needs to be replaced, it should be added when the reducer maintains the residual temperature, it should not be too cold or overheating is the best addition period.

Drinking water utilities may have to consider changing disinfectant to improve water quality and meet more stringent disinfection regulations. The objective of this study was to evaluate the response of a full-scale drinking water distribution system to a change in disinfectant from chlorine to chlorine dioxide, in terms of its impact on microbiological stability and disinfection by-product formation. Chlorine dioxide residuals were consistently present above detection limits throughout the distribution system (>0.20 mg/L). Over a study period of 3.5 months, no degradation of bacterial water quality occurred after implementing the new disinfectant. Chlorine dioxide maintained total bacteria (microscopic counts) and heterotrophic plate count levels below 2 x 105 cells/mL and 1000 CFU/mL, respectively. The change in disinfectant from chlorine to chlorine dioxide led to an 85% reduction in trihalomethanes (i.e., from 30 to 5 mg/L) and a 60% reduction in haloacetic acids (i.e., from 20 to 8 mg/L). Chlorine dioxide represents a valuable tool to produce high quality water and is a strong alternative to chlorine for certain distribution systems. Key words: distribution system, chlorine dioxide, drinking water quality, disinfection by-products.
