The DFZL crusher consists of two parts, the feeder and the crusher. It can be used alone or in combination. The diameter of the aluminum alloy profile with the circular groove shape is conducive to smooth feeding, and can ensure the integrity of the material particles. The feeding roller is directly driven by the geared motor; the feeding flow is adjusted by the opening degree of the feeding door. The feed door can be opened up to 70 mm, which means that the particles (or blocks) with a shape smaller than 70 mm can be crushed by the crusher; the feed flow can be adjusted automatically or manually; the feeder is also equipped with The bypass channel, when the material does not need to be broken, can enter the next process through the bypass channel of the crusher, as shown in Figure 3. In the control room, the electrical control device is used to control the cylinder to push the baffle plate to realize the free conversion of bypass and feeding.

The crusher roller bearing adopts double row roller bearing with self-aligning, which has large bearing capacity and can guarantee the bearing. When the center and the center of the shaft are inclined, it can still work normally; the crushing roller rolling distance can be adjusted automatically and manually. The user can choose one when ordering, and the automatic adjustment is realized by synchronous motor. For the production enterprises with higher degree of automation, the cost is correspondingly higher; the manual adjustment is realized by turning the adjusting hand wheel (left and right handwheels) under the machine; the adjustment amount is based on taking the broken material from the sampling port.
